Neil F. 1791660024 ★★★★★ Earlier this summer I brought my Class B motorhome in for brakes and alignment. Travis and Joel really went the extra mile to make sure the alignment specs I requested were achieved, even to the point of providing an extra shim at no charge!I like to know who I am dealing with and they had no hesitation in making sure all my questions were answered and that I was fully satisfied. Donna J. 1791498617 ★★★★★ Thanks for making my situation easier! Heath Specialty S. 1791381132 ★★★★★ Travis and his team always do a 5 star job, always willing to go the extra mile. Jared G. 1788552923 ★★★★★ After working in management in a service department in a dealership for eight years, I understand and can see clearly that Travis and his team (especially Jean-Marc!) run a trustworthy and honest shop. I get honest answers and feedback on the state of my vehicles with fair and reasonable pricing. I happily encourage my friends to take their vehicles here. Priscillia T. 1786648230 ★★★★☆ Thanks Team, I appreciate you! Mike 1784841477 ★★★★★ Went to Kal Tire first, they were late and honestly weren't even interested in doing my alignment. Called around and they got me in here within 10 minutes. Plus they have free pop, snacks and coffee. Much better place, cost less, and way better service. Come here for your alignments and mechanical needs. 100% will visit again! Kim A. 1784754250 ★★★★★ Prompt, easy to book an appointment and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks. Delaney 1783181049 ★★★★★ Was very happy with my pre purchase/selling inspection. Betty was very helpful from booking the appointment to going over the suggested work and explaining what is suggested and what is not necessary with no pressure. Lisa N. 1783121673 ★★★★★ The most honest mechanic/shop I've ever met. They take the time to explain whats going on, whats important, what can wait. Truly the best service Timothy L. 1781612499 ★★★★★ Always appreciate the work they do. They get the work done fast and know what they're doing. AH KO E. 1781452606 ★★★★★ They are really angels for cars in edmonton, ad you cannot find anywhere with great technical skills and customer service like this. I visited 3 different auto shop for diagnosis of my engine code for transmission problem, including 2 shops specialized in transmission repair but none of them is willing to further investigate problem of my car, and gave advice for whole CVT assembly replacement. Some other auto shop even didnt bother to provide service to me because of "CVT". Travis of Computerized Autopro was so willing to investigate underlying cause of the engine code, explained to me what possibly was going wrong, gave me detialed diagnosis with testing result to verify their suggested repair plan, and repaired my car in excellent condition. Engine code reappeared after I driving for few days and Travis was willing to follow up for free, found that the subsequent problem was another issue, and gave me plans for repair / how to handle it. I definitely recommend Computerized Autopro as they are so professional in auto repair in Edmonton as far as i experienced. One thing is that i need to spare 1~2 weeks for them to diagnosis, do examination and repair for whole process, which is reasonable for me with such quality outcome. Thumbs up! Linda S. 1780953231 ★★★★★ Scraped my right mirror, and it wouldn't adjust. Called and Travis had me the car right over. In a couple of minutes, he had it fixed. No charge!
