Went to Kal Tire first, they were late and honestly weren't even interested in doing my alignment. Called around and they got me in here within 10 minutes. Plus they have free pop, snacks and coffee. They are really angels for cars in edmonton, ad you cannot find anywhere with great technical skills and customer service like this. I visited 3 different auto shop for diagnosis of my engine code for transmission problem, including 2 shops specialized in transmission repair but none of them is willing to further investigate problem of my car, and gave advice for whole CVT assembly replacement. Some other auto shop even didnt bother to provide service to me because of "CVT". Travis of Computerized Autopro was so willing to investigate underlying cause of the engine code, explained to me what possibly was going wrong, gave me detialed diagnosis with testing result to verify their suggested repair plan, and repaired my car in excellent condition. Engine code reappeared after I driving for few days and Travis was willing to follow up for free, found that the subsequent problem was another issue, and gave me plans for repair / how to handle it. I definitely recommend Computerized Autopro as they are so professional in auto repair in Edmonton as far as i experienced.One thing is that i need to spare 1~2 weeks for them to diagnosis, do examination and repair for whole process, which is reasonable for me with such quality outcome. Thumbs up!

I had a short time to get an OOP inspection and was able to get an appointment in a couple hours. They inspected my vehicle the same day and found that I needed rear brake pads and rotors. They ordered and installed the parts and let me know the work was completed by 9:00 the next morning. Staff were very prompt, courteous and professional, and reminded me to get the wheel nuts re-torqued after 100km. The price charged was also very reasonable, and they even offered to give me a lift home if needed. I was very satisfied overall, and will seriously consider going back for any other repair or maintenance work needed in the future, as they are a full service shop.
